PETER WATT
Head of Composites & Design
The structural mastery and meticulous CAD modelling integral to carbon reinforced polymer tubs is entrusted to Peter Watt. Peter is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive background. His extensive experience spans roles such as Head of Composites at BAR F1, contributions to Bentley’s Le Mans programme, design involvement in the iconic Bugatti Veyron, and proficiency as a McLaren prototype engineer.
JAMES ABBOTT
Head of Development & Delivery
James Abbott contributes a wealth of expertise in race car development and engineering to our team. With a lifelong dedication to the field, he has successfully designed, developed, and engineered numerous prototype race cars, including all Revolution models and some Radical models. James brings invaluable insights derived from his extensive experience working with carbon chassis in real-world motorsport environments.

Nigel not only contributes 25 years of invaluable commercial and board-level expertise to the business but also boasts a rich background in motorsport as both a seasoned driver and accomplished team manager.
DOMINIK DIERKES
Head of R&D
Since his early years, Dominik has harbored a keen fascination for unique materials. Delving into the realm of composites at the age of 14, he discovered a particular affinity for carbon, a fascination that endures to this day. Pioneering an infusion process, Dominik has revolutionised the manufacturing of structurally robust carbon components, achieving an impressive 80% reduction in energy consumption compared to the traditional prepreg process. His relentless pursuit of innovation in carbon production and materials has consistently driven him to push the boundaries of what is achievable in the field.
